'Phone not found' (huawei P9 lite)? Help I tried everything I could!

I know this is a common problem and usually easily resolved by updating the drivers, but I've tried that and nothing worked! Installed HiSuite - still not found. Installed DC guide's recommended drivers - still not found. Installed other drivers in the Dc list, nope not found.
I changed usb cable, usb port, I have uninstalled and installed new drivers at least 5 times, and nothing worked.
I don't know what else to do.
Yes, debugging is enabled, yes I put the phone in manufacturer mode.

The guide also points out that I should detect my phone as a modem after the driver installation which is something that never occured

Where does the guide says to detect your phone as a modem please? Might be a reason why you can't detect it, though i'm sure it doesn't say such thing anywhere in the guide.
