Bootloader Unlock is not avaliable in fastboot mode.

Hi. I have Huawei P Smart phone. FIG-LX1 version can be unlocked in fastboot mode only according to user on xda developer forum. When I connect my phone there isn't any option for unlocking bootloader.
How can I fix this problem.
FRP is unlocked.

We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only read bootloader code from phone.

Sorry my bad. My english is not good.
I want to read bootloader unlock code. So I can root my phone. I bought 5 credits. When I do it without entering fastboot mode I get error 375. Some people have mentioned it work only in fastboot mode for my device model (FIG-LX1). It work on other Huawei P Smart model without entering fastboot mode.
Can you atleast transfer my credit to android app so I could try to read bootloader unlock code from there.
