What modem? What firmware version? What imei? What dc-unlocker software version used to unlock? Whay software used to connect? Modem don't register in any network is not enough.

unlocked with Yours software ... I have sood about 30 pcs and clients are angry ... maybe there will be any online solution for it ??

Maybe you unlocking with old version dc unlocker, is supported since 1.00.0450 or little older beta.
If yes, then those modems are not unlocked, you should repeat with ..0450.

Could you please provide us with DC-Unlocker log from UNLOCKED modem?

i have checked, you used old version and unloking those modem from 03-13 to 03-16, and unlocked it with old. And just yestoday few modems with new. Maybe you somthing missed , this version modems is unlocked huge quantity, i'm sure there no problem with unlock .
Please contact live, we will read your unlocked modem and will check what problem.

ok - how live ?? - I have some more now - the same situation - even unlocked one more time with new version - the same problem - now - I have new one pcs. locked - maybe we will try this one ??
look - after trying unlocked them one more time - the same situation - I have 6 pcs now - the rest of them are in the clients hands ...
