P20 Pro (Clt-L09) Hard-Brick, can not solve for a week..

Dear Friends,
I have Huawei P20 Pro (Clt-L09) with firmware of "CLT-L09 9.0.0.108(C432E5R1P7log)"
It was my last firmware.
I have formatted my phone.
It has an unlocked bootloder but it has a locked FRP.
My phone is bricked now.
I can not install any firmware because of locked FRP.
I have tried the most of the things i have seen in internet.

I can not install any firmware.
I can not install TWRP.
I only have fastboot&rescue mode.
Do you have any solution for me?

I have installed HCU client.
It has an info like this:

HCu can't repair anything on bricked phone... it operates only with mobiles that can boot into homescreen...

I have seen that page before.
But in spported models list, there is no p20 pro.
