    Hello, no can not unlock it or change firmware. However if you decide to try, then try to change it to 21.180.99.03.00 maybe will help.

      thanks i get no luck to unlock, so i tend to unlock it online via support using anydesk...finally unlocked and iam happy now first time unlock these modems...best regard for you attention and your reponse
