B315s-607 Unlock Method

I bought a B315s-607 brand new but when in the SIMLOCK code page, it's showing my remaining attempts to be 0 and I never used any code before. Is there a way I can reset that counter or bypass it or use dcunlock to unlock my router?

UPDATE: I have both a USB to USB cable and connect my B315-607 to PC but both methods are not getting me to download mode.

UPDATE: I followed the unlock guide and I'm stuck at where the light blinks blue, light blue then turns red.

I press WPS+Power button and GREEN colour doesn't show.

The router just resets, and I have tried it multiple times.

Hello, there, no there isn't a way out for it. If phone does not go into download mode and is not visible via usb it may be it has different hardware which may be not compatible for that mode as well.
