Mate 10 Pro, DC phoenix says "device not supported"

As i wrote in the 3d name, dc phoenix keeps saying "device not supported" on my mate 10 pro. my phone is in fastboot mode. if i put it in erecovery mode, the pc sees the phone as an USB media storage... and adb is not working. what can i do?

ok since no one answers, i searched the internet for another solution, i did everything via fastboot.
So, since you application was in no help in my case, my i ask for a refund? i paid via paypal.
