Trouble reading info on Honor 7x BND-L24

Hello, I purchased some credits (ljjmrlion) to get the boot loader code for my Honor 7x BND-L24 but I keep getting a fail a bit after clicking read info. I've installed the drivers for my device as well as enabled manufacture mode but to no avail. I have tried resetting my phone to factory defaults and restarting my pc and still nothing. I feel like I made a mistake and read the supported devices list wrong. Help would be appreciated, thank you!
