Honor 9 Lite (LLD-L21) error 398

Hello,

I tried to use your software in order to unlock my Honor 9 Lite's bootloader, I charged 15 credits for a FRP and Temp fastboot unlock and launched it and got an unknown error (398).
I unplugged my phone restarted it again in fastboot mode, tried again and it said I have insufficient credits, indeed all my credits disappeared even though I got an error.
Is it possible to resolve that error, without having to pay 15€ again, I tried using HCU, and it didn't work either, I tried with Manufacture Mode but got an error 375 (but didn't void my credits)
If it's not possible, will I get a refund?

Refund completed. We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only get bootloader code for phone.
