Huawei Ascend G620S - error 359 when reading bootloader code

I bought credits and created user account but when I try to read bootloader code I get an error 359. What's wrong? I want to change firmware and tutorial with adb doesn't work - when typing fastboot oem unlock 1531461291861883 it says that key is invalid. DC-unlocker 2 doesn't give me the code. My username is kashinho and below is log:
