    E5830 not recognized

    I want to unlock my E5830 that is sim locked to 3 Italy, but when i launch DC-Unlocker it is unable to find the device, i tried all my USB ports on 2 computers and the clients of 3, telstra en mobile Partner all do find the card,

    Any ideas hos wtill to unlock this baby...

    If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
    Check, if the drivers are installed
    Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
    Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
    Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
