No APN Modification AFTER UNLOCK E5372s

I already spent 7 EUR to unlock my E5372s Huawei modem
it said success unlocked but after that I cant connect my data connection
and I cant add a new profile APN with my SIM

it was like this way before I Unlock it !!! I thought it will change after unlock and make me add APN but unfortunately nothing changed !

Any Idea ?

Please delete dc-unlocker because it's not the software to use to unlock your device or check anything on it. On your dashboard you should set from static to dynamic as well.

I already tried what you said before I post here but I can't choose dynamic it's stuck on Static now what please?

Refund can be done only if account wasn't used. I can only add credits back to your account. If you can't detect it now but could during unlock then clearly something is wrong or your device is being used by another tool and unlocker can't access to it.
