Transfer to New Huawei Mate 8

Hello,

I am owner of two Huawei Mate 8 NXT-AL10. The first under EMUI 4.1 and the second under 8.0.0. The first is unlocked, rooted and been damaged.
The second is locked and bought to replace the first one.
DC-Unlocker client 1.00.1403 finds the first phone and some details but for the second find only the port but nothing further. Can I get the code for unlocking the bootloader even with no details?

Code reading from android 8 may not work, though you may try it nontheless.

There is no service to get bootloader code by IMEI anymore.
