WebUI in Chinese

Hi,
My router is HUAWEI E5885Ls - 93a 2 Pro WiFi Mobile Router: (bought on GearBest).
The current WEBUI (192.168.8.1) is in Chinese, how could I replace them in English (or Italian or French)?
Would my router be compatible with your application?
How you do it ?

• Software Version: 21.190.61.01.233
• UI Web Version: 21.100.46.01.233

If there is no language switch on it's settings in dashboard then probably would need to look for webui update .exe file somewhere and try tu update with it. Sadly we do not have it and do not know where to get one either.
