DC Phoenix failed to write UPDATE.APP but ate my 15 credits

I have been attempting to repair JSN-L21 Honor 8x by trying to write UPDATE.APP using DC Phoenix but it wasn't able to complete, however it ate my 15 credits and didn't do its job. Can you please refund 15 euro back to my paypal account? My Dc-Unlocker is under same name: 'kylek389.' Thank you.

Hello, will there be support for Honor 8x in foreseeable future? I cannot get around FRP Lock, I bought an unlock key but after unlocking FRP in fastboot and full wipe the FRP Lock is still there. I screwed up with rebrand process midway, everything on my JSN-AL00a is still chinese (stock chinese ROM) except the modified Oeminfo partition that have been set to:

My last hope was using DC Phoenix to write hw/eu UPDATE.APP and complete the rebrand. I'm left helpless. Let me know if I have any other options left. As is, right now my bootloader is unlocked, FRP is locked, fastboot doesn't want to 'oem relock' nor 'oem unlock', dload method always fails with 'Software install failed' no matter what I try, eRecovery also fails even after spoofing DNS.

I would be willing to spend 15 credits again on method that can make my phone working again as it should.
