Board Software for LDN-AL10 is unusable for phone reviving.

This phone is Qualcomm based.
We should be able to flash Board software for this phone via "Qualcomm 9008" emergency port. But with file present in DC Phoenix support (London-AL10-BD_1.0.0.30_Board_Software_general_Android_8.0_EMU I_8.0_05.dgtks) we're unable to do that. It requires fastboot ot upgrade mode to flash, which makes it useless for revivng.

So how to revive an LDN-AL00 or LDN-AL10 phone with dead bootloader (no fastboot) using DC Phoenix?

I don't need a refund, I need a board software which could be flashed via 9008 port.
Otherwise it should not be called BOARD SOFTWARE.
