I need Some help (Huawei Mate 10 Lite)

Hi as the title says i need your help to unlock my Huawei Mate 10 Lite bootloader.
I create an account and i have 4 Credits, all the drivers installed and (HiSuite).
I changed the phone usb port settings to Manufacture Mode, everything is ok
The problem now dc unlocker can't detect my phone model i don't know why
