Honor 8 no unlock

I have tryed to unlock my honor 8 via the unlock button in dc unlocker.

It showed me the following:

But after reboot it is still locked. If there isnt a solution, could you give me refund of my credits?

So phone still asks to input unlock code on it's homescreen after doing network unlock?

Yes in recovery mode it still tells me that phone is locked.
