  • Bootloader Code read fail - Mate 10 Pro x 2 (new) System 8.0.0.046

    Hi all,
I have two (2) new Mate 10 Pro's . Can't get a code read. Have tried HCU and DC Unlocker. Have credit (4). Have tried Win10 and Win7
Result as follows from DC Unlocker:

    Reading bootloader code...
    unknown error (375)

    More attached
Have done this to other Mate 10 Pros in the past without problems.

    Ideas?

I dont have that phone but I just downgraded my Huawei phone because it says in the guide that the latest build wasn't supported for the bootloader unlock. Maybe you have the same problem.

I'm just an amateur but what you write leaves no other explanation really.

I used Hisuit and clicked Update, in the window that comes up it let me decide to choose a previous version.

    Also, don't forget "Manufacturer mode"

This means that current version of android in your device has new security patch and is not supported yet.

If I were you I'd try to downgrade, get the unlock code, and then upgrade back...

            Hi shaglord
Isn't a downgrade a catch-22 (need access to downgrade to get access?) ?

I was able to downgrade my 100% stock Honor Note 8 with Hisuit.

I don't know if you have the option to do that but I'd try it just so I could proceed with the unlock.

Hi, I have the same problem with a huawei mate 9, but I can't see the option to downgrade the phone with hisuite.
Do I have to use a special version of hisuite?
