Huawei P10 VTR-L29 - fastboot blackscreen, test point flash not working

Hi,
my P10 just stucks at black screen with working fastboot. It also runs a bit hot - all after restoring after using a custom rom.
Now, I tried everything with DC-Phoenix including test point flashing.
The device is shown as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 and DC-Phoenix tries to flash bootloader.
All I got is this:

BOOTLOADER File to update: Kirin960_T0_A7.0_V1

Writing bootloader...

Error writing Bootloader 
20.02.2019 21:35:36 Writing device finished - INCOMPLETE

Tested it with all three bootloader files. I also downloaded the dgksi and app files I've got from "Download files".
Everything with the same result...
"Error writing Bootloader"

Any other solutions here?
Last EMUI version was 8.0.0.831.

If theres no solution for this beside changing the mainboard (which I can't find anywhere) I request refund.
