No data collecting

I've installed HiSuite and set USB port in 'Manufacture Mode' but when I try to search my 'Mediapad M5 Pro' application is found on COM4 but data collecting not retrive nothing.

Obviously 'Read Bootloader Code' not working.

This means that current version of android in your device has new security patch and is not supported yet.
