Huawei P10 stuck in fastboot with black screen

Hello,
My Huawei P10 is bricked during downgrade from Android 9 to 8. Now got stuck in fastboot with black screen. Boatloader is unlocked. But dc phoenix tool failed to write any firmware given latest security not supported. Is there any way to recover it?
