Hi guys.
I'm new to having to use these kinds of tools, it's a bit of a dick around. Long story short, with the latest build of official firmware, I lost use of my camera for some reason. Huawei won't let me do a rollback so I downloaded the last firmware I used to manual flash it. However, I obviously need to unlock bootloader to fastboot flash the individual images or install twrp to install the update files. I know huawei don't offer the codes anymore, hence paying for some tokens to use this software to read the bootloader code. It reads my phone up to the "read phone secure info" then gives the error "read phone info fail" and asks me to make sure phone is in fastboot or manufacters mode or whatever. It is, because it read all the info up until then. I try to click "read bootloader code" and it says "phone not found."
I'm absolutely stumped. Can anyone help me? I can't really have afforded to waste money on these tokens if it's not going to work
