VTR-L09 need help

I am trying to recover a bricked P10
The Device is shown as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 (COM7) in the device manager.

When i am trying to flash a frimware on it dc-phoneix tells me "No device detected to update"

When i try to flash bootloader+oeminfo this is the message i get:

Try to flash board software if device was on android 7 before bricking it otherwise only main board replacement can help it now.
