Huawei P20 Lite UPDATE via Dc-Phoenix? is this working without brick my Phone?

i have a question, because i want to root my Huawei P20 Lite (ANE-LX1 8.0.0.174(C432)) but i need to Downgrade it, so can i downgrade with a Full-Ota my phone without getting stuck in bootloader loop?
i dont want to destroy my phone because when i want to Update it says

We have no information or guidance about downgrade. You will 99.9% going to brick it if you flash it with lower firmware if flashing goes through the first stages.

We do not have solutions for downgrade so do not know if there is a way for it. Purchase can be refunded if account wasnt used at all only.
