How to know firmware details and Updating OEM info?

I came with a sensitive details people ignoring .
How to know my firmware details ( Vendor ID , Country ) like the one below ?

in my case there isnt Customization file . phone cant enter in upgrade mode .

Board software is flashed alone in fastboot mode, after that you should try to load your device.
