Hello, as you understand we need proof of code entry failure with device's imei visible in video proof.

Ouch I didn't know that I have to record a video for the proof, but the fact that i have generated the code using the dc unlocker which didn't work for several times. And I would not buy another credit to unlock this phone using HCU client..

I hope for your considerations sir...

Next time if this thing happen again .. I'll record it in video promise...
