  • Huawei Mate SE / Honor 7x / BND-L34 unsupported

I saw that my cell model was supported by HCU-Client for reading the bootloader lock code but upon using this function I was informed that the security patch was not supported.

I tried downgrading the software using HiSuite but I don't get the option to install a previous version.

Will my cell ever be supported or would I need a refund on the 4 credits I purchased for this operation?

    Here's the output from HCU-Client

    Firmware ver.: System 8.0.0.046(0R2K)
    FASTBOOT:Chipset-dallas8.0.1.001(021B)_FASTBOOT

            Dear Madam/Sir,

I was finally able to unlock the bootloader of my BND-L34, but I had to downgrade EMUI to Firmware System 5.1.0.98(07LG).

Unfortunately I needed 2 tries (2 x 4 credits) to get the bootloader unlocked, because I first used the "network unlock" mode,
which dispite showing : "Unlocking, please wait ...Phone successfully unlocked !Credits left : 0" it actually did not
            unlock.

Only when using the "Read bootloader code" mode, I could use that code for "fastboot oem unlock 16-digit-code".

So I'm very happy now ... yet, it would be very kind of you if you could refund the 4 credits which I used
in the first try, when despite HCU saying "unlocked", actually it wasn't. My username is: micheluccio.

            With kind regards

Sorry but network unlock is not related to bootloader it is very clear from button name. Can not refund for separate service has been used.

Hello - I thought that with "network unlocking" it was meant that the bootloader was unlocked via the network ... now, when I think about it, I understand that it is maybe related to devices which are locked to a certain network provider. My apologies, I'm not an expert on those fields and English is not my native language. Can't you at least add 4 credits to my username? I understand that you do not want to refund and that's OK, but getting my 4 credits back would be great. I'm attaching the log of my "network unlocking" attempt ...
