hey guys, I am trying to unlock the frp on my Huawei mate 9. I have put the device into fastboot mode and connected it to the pc. According to the phone and DC Unlocker both the Bootloader and FRP are Locked. I have tried various things to no success. I cannot flash anything onto the phone even when using DC Phoenix most likely because of the FRP Lock all I get are continuous FAIL Command not allowed. Meanwhile on DC unlocker I cannot get the FRP unlock function to work I just get the ERROR (398) message.
is there any solution to this error? Or is there any way to get a refund? The username I I used for both dc Phoenix and dc unlocked is leviman22
