DC Unlocker not able to get phone data! Please help quickly!

I am trying to get Bootloader code from my Honor 9 Lite. I did it successfully with my other phone but this is not working. The DC Unlocker detects the phone but is not able to read any data from it like model or anything. It detects the phone but not able to get anything out of it.
