E1762 - What do the lights mean?

Hi
Does anyone know the meaning of a green light, flashes twice every three seconds on my E1762 modem.

I've been having trouble getting it to run on my Snow Leopard Mac since I purchased it yesterday. When I set it up, the blue strong signal was lit up. This morning, it's only the flashing green described above.

I hadthe modem working on the Mac when I booted up under Windows, all was great. Wasn't able to connect when running Snow Leopard though.

This morning, nothing! Not even when running under Windows, still the same flashing green light.
