I have a Huawei Mate 7 (MT7-L09) with C00B153.
I want to update C464B570.

If I do changes same as you described
1:- Model
2:- Country
3:- Vendor
Then I can install other country firmware on it.
But I want to confirm that is this way mobile will brick or no ?

Yes, can flash then that data matching firmware. Yes, flashing may brick device if done incorrectly. This is done only by repair centers, this tool is not adviced to be used by random people that know little to nothing of such things.
