MATE 20 lite no detected

Hi, Im trying to unlock my Mate 20 lite but when I do the automatic search i only get this

Cant get the modem on device manager, does somebody know how to get that working?

What's your username i will check for refund. Why not check supported models first.

In the webpage where I started reading about this process never talk about being models not supported, my bay not checking before the official website. I bought it via the app, my email is [email protected]
