Huawei P10 Plus bricked after flashed bootloader from DC Phonix

I flashed an xml firmware board from VKY-AL00 for downgrade ( now it has 7.0) but do not boot and has frp locked ( it was unlocked)
I flashed Bootloader with DC-Phonix : Kirin960_T2_A7.0_V4 and now the phone do not start and do not charge only enter into fastboot and Huawei 1.0 mode , battery have ~3.9-4.0 V but sometimes it shows in fastboot 4.8V or 5.2V, that is very strange ....
Can anybody help me to unbrick it ?

Have you flashed loader + oeminfo and then full stock rom after it enters fastboot?

It shows that it was flashed successfully on our side. So what happens when you flash full stock rom then matching that oeminfo data? Flashing oeminfo won;t make anything on it's own....
