  • Vodacom K4605

Hi Guys, I have a Vodacom K4605 but having moved countries I would like to unlock it to use in Mauritius with the local network.
I have tried installing a default firmware but the unlock code generated on DC-Unocker does not work. Advice please?

You should do a direct unlock instead of generating codes.

Detect device on dc-unlocker and without changing any option in unlocking tab press do job.

Sorry, this is not even close to being helpful, what becomes available why no details?

So it seems from all my reading that the K4605 is not compatible with Windows 10. Is that true? The driver does not seem to load so the DC-Locker does not communicate with it properly.
I have struggled to find a way to upgrade the firmware on the device but cannot get it right - I get the error "device not found". Any advice would be appreciated as I am pulling my hair out.

We do not know if it communicates with windows 10 or not, we do not use it, we do not do upgrades to it either. If manufacturer specifies that device does not function under this windows version then all you can do is to look for pc with older windows os :/
