TRT-L21A need urgent help???

.hi i have TRT-L21A was hang on recovery i flash it with latest firmware but still same so i flash again with board firmware after that it is just seen as qualcomm HS-USB QDLOADER 9008 i try to use dc-phoenix to flash it but it is not seen by the dc-phoenix and give this Looking for a device in upgrade mode
No devices detected in upgrade mode...my pc can detect it as above qdloader but not detected by flashing programm....please help to solve that

the problem is with the dc-phoenix is not detect the phone while the phone is detected by my pc

Be sure that you use driver provided by us, not any other.
