Huawei F685 not detect com port devices after try unlock

Hi,

after an unsuccessful try to unlock F685, com port devices in windows aren't detected
During unlocking was error - dc-unlocker bug detect : no modem handle ! Error code 48
At the moment, missing com port devices makes it impossible to take another attempt to unlock
I tried to detect device on another laptop. The effect is the same. Only usb storage with drivers is detected.

Is there any chance to fix this?

Detect does not change anything in your device. Try to restart it before detecting again.

Yesterday, the modem was correctly detected in windows and in dc-unlocker. (COM3 and COM4 ports were found).
Application version - v1.00.1422 (2019-06-05)
I bought credits and have started unlock
During this unlock (using dc-unlocker of course) an error appeared - bug detect : no modem handle ! Error code 48

After this unsuccessful attempt to unlock, windows does not detect the device (communication ports) and what follows, dc-unlocker also does not detect it.

I restarted the power modem (I even pin out the battery) and restarted it using the button on the modem also (a button which restores the default settings of the base and deregisters the DECT handsets)
I also connected the modem to another laptop. The effect is the same.

As we checked server side unlock for your phone will not be possible because unlock counter is blocked. There are too many incorrect unlock codes entered.

Then maybe previous owner tried to enter codes?
Anyway, you should try to unlock it with DC-Unlocker. Sofware should reset wrong codes counter when unlocking.
