Tried all from factory firmware from download area and still device remains bricked, it doesn't come up in fastboot upgrade mode. kindly help with refund.

Is my access disabled ?

Since my system had drivers not recognized for my huawei device, i re-installed back to windows 7 today (last night I was on Windows 7, went because of drivers issue from Win7 to Win8.1 and then to Win 10 and you can call me maniac as due to frustration as i couldn't find proper drivers and hence upgraded my laptop Operating System) . Now as a last attempt wanted to try again DC and hence re-installed a fresh windows 7, found few drivers which are known to work with DUK-L09 on Win7 and now my first attempt to logon to HCU client gives error as Software locked to other PC!.
You can verify, I tried login to HCU now (first time) and I never had logged last evening when DC access account was purchased. Also I try to check DCPhoenix_v105.exe, but it doesn't work any more. Wanted to know if my system reflects Operating system changes due to Windows version resulted in DC phoenix / HCU not working (as laptop remains same) .
or account is disabled for refund ?
