missing bootloader unlock code

Hi,
last year I sucessfully unlock bootloader of my p20 lite (ane-lx1) with dc-client (my username is bl7002)

this year in june I have update the phone to pie with dload method (ANE-LGRP2-OVS 9.1.0.132 from androidhost.ru -> Huawei P20 Lite ANE-LX1 ANE-L01 ANE-L21 hw eu Anne-L01 Anne-L21 9.1.0.132(C432E5R1P7T8) Firmware 9.0.0 r3 EMUI9.1.0 05014YWN 05014YXX.zip), with this operation the bootloader return lock

i try to find in my pc the unlock code but i can't find it so i can't unlock bootloader again

when I performed the operation to read the bootloader code the programs write the unlock code somewhere in the pc? or in your servers?

i have read that is very complicated downgrade to 8.0...
