Huawei E5573s-320 Repair by testpoint error

I keep getting the following error when trying to refresh download ports:

Only 1 Port, selected to get information

Getting information from the device...ERROR

I've already followed the testpoint image and have the DownLoad port in Device Manager. I'm trying to downgrade my firmware to using the repair tool since I dont have a dongle to write for the firmware. Any help would be appreciated.
