Huawei Mate 9 not working.

I want to unlock bootloader, so i need to get code.
I follow instructions, but upon search device I get:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1422

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Found Applications port COM4

Even If I select "Mate 9" manually.. I get..

What could be wrong?
Besides USB manufacturing mode...
Do I need to enable or disable USB debbugging?
Do I need to enable or disable OEM unlock?

Hate huawei for locking users out :-/
