    This instrument powers up to home screen and freezes.
    The issue is the owner would like to retrieve the data if possible.
    The phone was purchased in Jamaica carrier LIME .
    I can do a factory reset without the software here but the data would be lost.
    I purchased the 3 day phoenix and downloaded HCU-322 but am not seeing anyway to achieve my goal.Please advise.

    Sorry, your phone is not supported on our tools and we do not have anything related to data retrieval.
