I have this phone that I had to reset.I am stuck on blocked Google account. so I bought 15 credits and dc unlocker gave me my bootloader code but the bootlogger is still blocked
I specify that when I click 7 (or 8) times on the build number it does not open the function oem.
how can i unlock it?

Yes, I ready thé tutorial encore, but my problem is that when i click 7 or 8 times on thé build number there is nothing happening, so I can't unlock the OEM option....while USB is débugger.
