Forgot bootloader code

As the title says I forgot my bootloader code and can't get my phone back to life. Do I need to pay for the service again?

Yes, sadly you do. Sadly if phone is bricked you won't be able to get the new/same code as it requires fully working mobile for it to be read.

I can acess fastboot mode but it's locked. Isn't the code stored on my account or maybe through imei number?
