    huawei e8372 com port problem

    hello

    i have been trying to fix imei for my dongle but could not manage to open com ports for that. I tried it on win10 it dedects the modem and i can connect to the router with the ip address but when i run the switch script it just fails, i tried it with the win7 and i cant even connect to the modem web gui with the ip address. i installed all drivers but it didnt help me. Please some one help...
