VNS-L23 bootloader unlock not work

Hi, i cant unlock my bootloader, i have a Huawei P9 Lite VNS-L23 and DC unlocker not work for me. Please any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only read bootloader code from phone. Costs 4 credits / 4 euros

I cant read the code, Program say "phone not found" i check all, drivers, manufactured mode, all is set up good.. please help me. Huawei P9 Lite VNS-L23

Please add screenshot with your mobile visible in device manager when it's in manufacture mode. There is no point to attempt any detection if mobile is not recognized by pc correctly.
