Bootloader Unlock for Media Pad M5 (CMR-W09)

Reading on DC-Unlocker's website it seems to indicate the Mediapad M5 is supported, however using the DC-Unlocker client it was able to detect the com port on port 15 but was not able to recognize the phone model, hence unable to read the unlock code. Manufacturer mode is already enabled, is there something else that I need to do?
