  • Huawei p8 lite 2017 stuck on logo

    Hy,

my phone is stuck on Huawei logo and even not possible to shut down. automatically restart.
the only possible action is to enter fastboot mode (volume - and power button)
in fastboot I see the bootloader is locked and FRP as well is locked (as in the image attached)

I guess that any attempt to recover (via adb, fastboot, etc.) need first to remove bootloader lock. So questions are:

with dc-unlocker is possible to get bootloader code when phone can be connected only in fastboot and with FRP locked ?
(in your tutorial it is told that to read code is necessary to activate "manufacturer mode" but with phone in fastboot this is not feasible)

if possiblealso in fastboot, how many credits I need to read the code ?
and when I get the code it will be possible to unlock bootloader even if FRP is locked (I have no chance to unlock FRP activating OEM unlock setting in developer menù since phone does not start)

thanks in advance for your support

It's not possible to read any code in fastboot mode.

      Hi Valdemaras

thank you for the clear sentence tha avoid then claims on dc-locker functionality.

any suggestion how to recover my phone in this condition ?
is there away to re-format completely as usual in MS based pc ?
to install firmware and software rewriting exiting

I am not expert in Android and therefore my question could appear stupid, but it seems strange there is no solution to recover the phone
I did not make any strange operation. Just suddenly it went in this looped condition

      thank you for supporting
      Paolo

This could help https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial but this tool is only for people that work with mobiles and know their way around.

          Hi,

          thank you

          I will review the guide.
Aware it can be risky but it worth an attempt since in any case the phone is dead and I do not want to spend a full maintenance at customer care on a 3 year old phone
I have already bought another phone and the attempt could be at least an experience for the future.

          how many credits I need (HCU+DC-unlocker) ?

You need 3 day timed license at least, that's 19 euros, please think before attempting.

              Hi Valdemaras,

appreciate your hints to be carefull but next week I should have some time and I would like to make an attempt not to throw phone in the bean

My P8 lite 2017 is PRA-LX1. I do not know which build was intastalled (never updated from origin so probably EMUI 5 and Android 7), for sure is an Italy Vodafone brand so I quite sure is xxxC02

Which method do you suggest to start with ?
If I start from Method 1, are available for my model the proper firmware + customization + preloader files to be downloaded in DC ?

or better to go directly to testpoint method ? (if you confirm it is suitable for my phone)

              Paolo

In DC-phoenix, on top, there is "Files we have can review here Download possible only from DC-Phoenix directly" you may want to check it.
