Hi, i have bought 15 credits but i have received this error..and now i have 0 credits!! I have an Huawei P9 that is in supported models list...

I have also tried with DC phoneix , but I have lost others 15 credits....
i have an huawei p9 with phone locked and frp locked. I am trying to unlock frp but when i click on detect phone and then "factory reset protection free" i obtain
