Credit lost and job not complete error 62

I try to unlock the huawei E5372, but the lost credits and work were not completed successfully and gave me error 62.
Can reset my credit to try again with another E5372 router of the same model but with different imei? my user is mmpsilva

You recomend any procedure!

Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings

If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "5". OK > OK > OK

repeating service won't ask for new credits on same device.

But I lost the credit and could not unlock the equipment, please can return the credit to the account so. I will try again to unlock with the same device and IMEI.

Maybe I did not explain myself well:
While trying to unlock the huawei E5372 gave error 62 in the process and was not performed as you can see in the photos I posted, however were removed 7 credits that had paid even giving error and not having the unlocking process has been completed.
What I am asking for is to reset the 7 credits in my account to try again to unlock the same E5372 device.
If you cannot make this credit to my account then please return the money I paid.

Maybe i did not explain very well: You do not need new credits to do same service on same device, can do it with exactly 0 credits in account.
